The company's several websites lived as separate resources, and maintaining them was becoming expensive and complicated.
The project ran under a limited budget, high uncertainty and a ready-made design: content and functionality had to be moved onto a single platform built on the client's chosen stack.

We completely rewrote the project from scratch and merged three sites into one resource: we implemented the frontend and backend, request intake, email workflows and news publishing - strictly within the budget and the given design.
